Refund policy

All sales and purchases are final.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 72 hours after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 72 hours after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

Wrong Address - If the customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our vendor. The customer will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address.

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the vendor facility and the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returns & Exchanges- We do not provide refunds. Order errors will be resolved though merchandise exchange and/or store credit. Size and/or style exchanges are processed as a new order. If you have received an incorrect item, we will cover shipping expenses and process a new order once the original item has been returned. To initiate the exchange process, please email proudpatriotinc@gmail.com with full details of your request.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at proudpatriotinc@gmail.com with full details of your request.

Gifts 

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

All sales of discontented items and items purchased with discount codes are final.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Proud Patriot reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
